Return Policy

Jealousy Jewels will be happy to refund your money if you are not completely satisfied. You must return the Un-used items to Jealousy Jewels within 1 week (7 days) of the purchase date. We can not accept returns or exchanges on custom orders. In the case that the product is damaged or has a flaw we will repair the product at no cost to you. Please be aware that natural stones may have minor imperfections by nature. Please contact us via email (jealousy@jealoiusyjewels.com) for return address information.

Shipping Information

Orders will ship within 10 business days from the date that the order was placed. Please be aware that we will ship the orders as soon as they are ready.
